Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the DocOps platform and the DocOps mobile application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Data Processing Addendum ("DPA").

The Service provides accounting workflow tools, OCR document extraction, and AI-assisted financial analysis. Outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and access controls, and for ensuring only authorized users access the Service and Customer Data.

You confirm you have a lawful basis to upload and process data, including employee and financial data. You remain responsible for regulatory filings and compliance decisions.

Documents you upload are processed by artificial-intelligence models to extract and analyze their contents. AI outputs are probabilistic and must be reviewed by qualified personnel. No automated execution of payments or filings occurs without human approval.

You retain ownership of Customer Data. You grant AXIOMIC LTD a limited license to process Customer Data to provide the Service. We do not use Customer Data to train public models unless you opt in in writing.

Each party will protect the other party's confidential information and use it only for the Service.

The Service operates on EU servers. AI processing uses EU endpoints only. No transfers outside the EU or EEA occur unless you approve and required safeguards are in place.

We use vetted EU-region subprocessors for hosting, AI inference, and support, and will notify you of material changes where required by law.

Fees are described in your subscription plan or Order Form. You are responsible for applicable VAT and taxes.

We may suspend access for security or policy violations. Upon termination, we will delete or return Customer Data per the DPA and the Data Retention Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that AI outputs are error free.

Liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where prohibited by law. No liability for indirect or consequential damages.

You will indemnify AXIOMIC LTD for claims arising from unlawful data use or content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The competent courts of the Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.
